I know I haven't posted on here in a while, or as frequently as I should, but I'm attempting to be more active on social media platforms. I recently got a Patreon account!

If you don't know what Patreon is, it's a website where artists can post their work, and fans of their work can give them money in order to let them continue that work. People can donate anywhere from $1-$100/project or month.

So, I usually update this, like... whenever I feel like it/whenever I have a lot of time.

Anywho, I'm making a little cartoon/journal thing right now, and I'm doing it based on my dancing experience over the past year. I've been doing a loooot of social dancing (okay, 'a lot' compared to some, barely any compared to others. I go maybe 4-5 times at a time, and then don't go for a while, and then go back, etc.) and so now I feel like making a little cartoony journal about my experience in the Portland area (and around) dancing community.

At school I've taken courses in: Ballroom Dancing, Latin Dancing, Belly Dancing, and Hip Hop. A few of them I've taken a couple of times and plan to take more courses next term.

When I go social dancing nowadays I mostly do West Coast Swing. I don't really care for the dance itself, since the timing is confusing as hell, but it's so popular and has so many individual styles that it's easy to adjust and make fun. (Unlike, say, Waltz, where you have to stay stiff and have to do it a certain way.) Personally I love latin styled WCS or Hip Hop style. Both are really fun.

I've been told that I'm a really good dancer nowadays, but eh. I'm trying to find more experienced dancers to tell me what I'm doing wrong, but I'll probably end up having to pay someone $80 and get a private lesson to get that. *sigh* I've basically gotten to the point where I have to take legit lessons to get any better, since I've mastered the 'free/basic stuff', and at this point, it won't be cheap. I need a job. :/

ANY WHO, I'm doing a cartoon thing about west coast swing/ballroom dancing, so if you or anyone else has questions about it or something, let me know and I'll either help or make an annoying comic piece about it. Or both!

Ha, no one is going to read this, but I wasted a good 10 minutes and vented a bit. I talk way too much about this stuff and need a new hobby. A hobby that does not require money would be GREAT. But unlikely.

My first term in college is coming to an end- two days left, to be more exact. And you know what that means... I get to spam everyone with the loads of artwork I've been working on THIS ENTIRE TERM. A lot of them are of nude folk, since I was taking a Life Drawing class, but there are some fairly descent ones. Since I'll be sending in a portfolio soon for applying to PNCA, I'll need some feedback on my art. As of right now, at this very moment, I'm stuck at my school for another five hours until the end of math comes... I wooould have a dance class between my classes, but noooo, the teacher had to schedule the 'final' for Wednesday. So I get to come back for an extra day on Wednesday for like, ten minutes, and then leave.

On a happier note, I get to carry ALL OF MY ARTWORK from this term for a mile all the way to my house.

Personal opinion of shirts, bras, and boobs:

If you're going to wear a shirt, WEAR A BRA.

If you're not going to wear a bra, don't wear a shirt.

If you don't wear a bra but you wear a shirt, it just gets annoying, because everyone else is wondering why you're not wearing a bra and you're wondering why you bothered having a piece of cloth over your chest in the first place. It conceals nothing and accomplishes nothing.

So.... like most reasons I make journal posts, I was tired of going to my profile whatnot and seeing the 'DUDE THE WORLD IS ENDING' journal. So here's a lame one to replace it.

I'll be starting college soon. Yay. And I'll be taking some art classes. Because of said art classes, I will most likely be updating a lot because of them... or not. I'll be a full time student becoming encompassed into a life of... well, life, and might forget about this website. I recently sketched about 25 pages for a comic I'm doing, though, and might update with that.... Lots of gay stuff, demons, etc. Maybe some alps and whatnot.

Other things in my life... my sleep schedule has gone nocturnal, pretty much, and I'll probably be going back to sleep soon. I've been going to sleep at dawn and waking up early afternoon.... and watching NONSTOP 'That '70's Show'. I really don't get how I can laugh so much at that show. It's quite entertaining, really!

Summer... the good life. When you get to put things off, sleep all day, and party all night.
